Unfortunately the mug arrived dented. I didn’t notice it because it was under the label. It’s also too large to fit into the cup holders in our vehicles. It’s a fine desk mug.

Thoroughly disappointed

I am thoroughly disappointed. I purchased this believing it would keep my coffee hot - it does NOT, not even for an hour let alone the 2.5 hours claimed or the Stay Hot the name leads one to believe.

Nice. Cute. Makes a lot of noise, clicks against all surfaces. Would have preferred a shorter skinnier mug that is lined and not clinky sounding.

The only issue I have is the lid. There needs to be some type of plug for the opening. When juggling all of my morning items to the car I was spilling tea

I got it for my mom, she wanted a mug for her tea so it didn’t taste like her coffee. She doesn’t like the thin handle or the high placement and she thought it would have a standard lid not a lid that pops off easily.

How does Stanley ruin the making of a grat mug by giving it a lousy handle

Mug itself is great. Handle is what I didn’t like. They should have placed a nice handle on it. One that is rounded. Not flat and hard on the hand. Mug is great. Perfect size. Handle sucks.
