Great for Work Organization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband uses these dividers at work and they have helped him so much in staying organized. In his job he juggles many different ongoing projects at once that all have paperwork. He is able to keep everything neatly organized using the file dividers. We love the color coded tabs that match the table of contents page. It’s nice that if he write in pencil on the table of contents he can erase and change up for a new project. With the large quantity of dividers he is able to keep all of his ongoing projects in the same spot while using minimal space and keeping everything organized in its individual projects. The paper is thick and will not tear easily. We highly recommend these dividers.

Durable dividers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are in the market for high quality dividers look no further than the Staples Customizable Table of Contents Dividers. These dividers offer so many qualities. They are made of heavyweight paper designed for long term use the tabs are laminated to offer a sturdy grip when handling and the holes are reinforced to prevent tearing. I love the fact that they include a table of contents page to help with the organization even more. Each set is letter size to fit standard notebooks. I personally used the dividers to keep my financials in order the only thing I found that can be improved is that each divider had a packet attached to them to hold important documents. Overall I would highly recommend these dividers to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set of dividers. I really like the table of contents page which is double sided and color coordinated. The holes are reinforced which is necessary for a paper divider in my opinion. Lastly there are plenty of tabs for all your needs. This set definitely makes organizing easier!

Great for frequent use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dividers were quickly put to good use organizing a binder of instruction manuals for my son’s building toys. He is really rough on things as he’s only four but these seem really durable like they’ll withstand a lot of use from him. The set offered more dividers than we needed at first too so it came with replacements.

Perfect for Organizing Bilingual Spanish Lessons
on May 23, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these numeric dividers to organize Spanish lessons for my bilingual littles and they’ve been a game-changer. Each tab allowed me to group lessons by category—like ¡Hola! y los saludos los números and los comandos básicos—making it super easy to locate exactly where we left off. Pros: Love that there are 31 tabs—perfect if you need lots of categories. The numbered table of contents page lets you customize each section which keeps everything tidy and accessible. Durable and sturdy even with frequent use. The color transitions between the tabs make it visually appealing and fun for kids. Cons: Honestly 31 tabs is a lot—I didn’t end up using them all. I laminated my lesson sheets and the paper size could be a little bigger—tabs don’t peek out as much as I’d like. It would be helpful if the tabs were a bit longer for better visibility. Overall it’s a fantastic tool for anyone organizing large amounts of content especially in an educational setting. Just keep in mind the tab size if you're using thicker or laminated paper!

Great for organizing my teacher binders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Staples Customizable Table of Contents Numeric Dividers with 31 tabs. The quality is excellent—sturdy well-made and clearly built to last. I used them to organize data for a class of students with each tab representing one student. It was incredibly easy to set up a table of contents using the included template and navigating the binder became fast and efficient. The best feature in my opinion is how easy it was to create the table of contents and how clearly visible the multicolor tabs are. They made flipping to a specific section (especially during parent conferences) effortless saving me time during a busy school day. I believe these dividers will hold up well over a full school year and possibly even longer with careful use. If you’re looking for a reliable easy-to-use solution for organizing large amounts of information these dividers are a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved the amount of dividers provided. Finally can house a class under of data without having to buy multiple sets of dividers. Appreciated the extra binding on the edge for heavy usage. The only reason for 4 stars was no option to be able to self-label.
