Waited for more than 5-6 months and about 2-3 days ago, I checked website and this adapter was available and I purchased immediately. Arrived in 2 business days. So happy that I will be able use microphone in my gopro for my vacation. Haven't tested yet though..

I've waited months for one to come in stock, and my go pro is useless without it. Will not restock anywhere, and there are no alternatives that I know of.

Works perfectly, just as I thought it would. Audio quality is so much better. Great detail compared to but in mics. Using it for moto-vlogging

A necessary Adapter... only available from GoPro ... no alternitive generic and since GoPro can't provide alternitive suggestions -unfair trade tactic

All everyone wants in the GoPro community is a better quality Audio Adaptor for Hero Black 7 in function, durability, and design. Please Stop! GoPro please stop monopolizing your patrons by holding them hostage to only one option that nobody seems happy with. The adaptor should be included with every Hero 7 purchase. And the price should be a loss leader or at cost as a showing of good faith and good will toward your loyal customer base. Regards, BWL

I have written 2 reviews on this adapter and neither one has shown up. I guess gopro doesn't want us to know the real reason why they are not selling these.
