Safety Issue
on August 30, 2023

My daughter needed this for her commute to college. The top of the container does not have the same high quality and level of suction, security and stability which caused the entire product to topple and spill while she was driving. Very unhappy with this product and its potential safety concern. We plan to return it immediately.

The ice melted half way through the day. Feels like a regular tumbler with handle. Fits perfectly in my cup holder.

I am a loyal customer for hydro flask and submitted an inquiry since I had some damage to my brand new hydro flask on the 3rd day. I never heard back…I hope this isn’t the norm.
