Does not keep ice even a few hours

I have been a Hydroflask fan for years but I don't know what happened here. This cup just does not keep things cold. After 3 or 4 hours in my air conditioned home the ice has completely melted. I will be returning.

I have 2, 32 oz wide mouth bottles with flex sip lids and 1, 24 oz lightweight wide mouth bottle with a flex sip lid that I absolutely love!! I wanted a larger bottle that would fit in a cup holder so decided to try this - just ok. It really does not fit in my cup holder. The bottom narrower part of the cup is too short and doesn’t fit well in the cup holder, so for my purpose, this did not work well. That being said, I still think hydro flask is the best - I’ll just stick with the wide mouth bottles.

super cute and keeps drinks cold but it leaks soo easily from the lid and the lid falls off a lot

I like this tumbler. It holds a good amount of liquid and keeps the water cold for a long time. I left my tumbler with ice water in it in my hot car for 3 hours and I came back and the ice was still there. My only complaint is that it leaks pretty easily from the lid near the seal.
