[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s hard to suck up the drink with the straw unless the lid isn’t on tight.

The bottom straw (in cup) and the top straw (on lid) don't fit snugly to create the seal needed to sip from the straw! What's the point of a TRAVEL tumbler if I can't TRAVEL with it!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my cup but I do wish the top screwed in! I have knocked it over and the entire thing spilled. Otherwise it is great and love the bendy straw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lupine color is so perfect. I had it engraved with my name but sadly because my name is so long the font is small so it’s hard to see. I got the trillium color for my daughter and her name turned out great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s cute but it does nothing to keep water cold. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mold started growing in the straw and silicone. I have not been able to get that to wash out by hand or in the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t keep drinks cold. Ice melts quickly. Costly for the inefficiency. This was even a replacement one.
