Wicked Disappointed

I hate that I am writing this. I purchased this tumbler in the custom dark purple color hoping to love it as much as I do my 40oz that I've had forever.
Unfortunately the only benefit to this product is that it fits in my trucks cup holder. It does not keep ice long or water cold.
I wouldn't recommend this product if you like ice water.

Perfect Companion

Problem with the straw

I ordered one of the limited fun colors , lychee red in the 32 oz size. I love the handle as I have small hands so no worries of dropping it. Unfortunately the bottom, clear straw does not fit properly into the upper, flexible straw. The clear straw isn’t fitted tight enough and it falls out either completely or partially while trying to drink. Now I either just put up with it or I suppose I need to spend more money for a lid that doesn’t use a straw. These cups aren’t exactly cheap so it’s disappointing. I could return it but I do love the color and the handle. I won’t purchase another one.
