One great one bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered two tumblers and one is classic hydroflask quality while the other must have been manufactured poorly as it won’t keep liquids cold for even half as long as other tumbler. Can we get a replacement for the one that doesn’t function properly?
