I received this a week ago for my daughter birthday. She opened it last night and immediately dropped it. She is so disappointed. I was wondering if any way possible we can switch it out?

I love this hydroflask. It’s big enough that you’re not refilling it every hour but easy to carry around with you. Fits great in your car cup holders and I love the straw design. Got a couple for my friends!
