Accident Proof (so far)

I knew they were sweat-proof but was horrified when they were knocked off the kitchen counter...right into the bowl of water for my pets. I fished them out, dried them off and they work without any problems. So that's a huge bonus. Even if they had been ruined, I would have happily bought another pair. These are the greatest earbuds!

I found these earbuds a great purchase. For the money, you can beat the quality. The distance of Bluetooth is good and the functionality between music and operating the phone is seamless. The 3 vs 5 vs 10-second hold is awkward but the voice activation makes it work. I have a more expensive pair of wire earbuds. I found the music quality almost the same. The bass feels a little deeper in the more expensive but otherwise the same.
The voice quality on using the phone is good. Sometimes, the person on the other side gets too much background noise, but it's better than syncing with my car.

GREAT SOUND AT A GREAT PRICE

I received these ear buds in my summer subscription box, and I was blown away by the sound quality. But, it is no surprise, considering the quality "bang for the buck" that JLAB puts into ALL their products.They instantly paired with my Samsung S8+ and stayed paired; no glitches whatsoever. JLAB has produced a quality product at a great price. Only one "complaint" and that will not prevent the 5 star rating. I would like to have had the controls a little lower down the cable. That being said; they still rock; thanks JLAB!

Great earbuds

I've really enjoy these earbuds. They have great sound quality and fit comfortably. I've even washed and dried them in my washing machine and dryer, but yet they still work as good as the day I bought them!

Sound is crisp, clear and the volume is top notch. I would say the only issue in the placement of the volume control. Maybe placing both wires atop the control unit with a clip to attach to clothing would get this unit 5 out of 5. But a solid 4.75/5

Crisp, wonderful sound quality. Feels sturdy enough and quite comfortable. The best sound cancellation in earbuds I have ever experienced. (I wish I had spent the extra five bucks for the rugged metal version though!) Once paired it quickly connects to my phone and it has decent range. I wish the in-line volume controls weren't separate from the volume on my phone. (Just my opinion though.) I haven't used the microphone very much but it works well enough when I do need it. I recall using the microphone once to talk to the Google Assistant on my phone that was in the other room and it answered my question correctly. I have however had the sound cut out a few times. Generally when watching YouTube and occasionally when listening to music via Google play music. (The only ways to fix is if you restart the video/song or turn the volume all the way up for a sec. Both methods are inherently annoying.) That right there would be my only genuine problem with the pair. Otherwise it's great. I never use the Cush fins. I find them useless because they stay in my ears rather well without them. So unless you furiously shake your head back and forth for about a minute you should be fine. I don't use them when I exercise tho. I just use them while studying for school or riding my bike. (Only put in one earbud though so you can hear the traffic. Otherwise kinda dangerous because you can't hear cars coming.) Overall fantastic. Just a little rough around the edges.
