Service is about more than the product

Peak Design recently enchanged my original anchors for the current version free of charge which demonstrates their commitment to service & quality. Yes they are a bit more expensive but in this world you get what you pay for which is why I will continue to use/purchase their products. I have one of their V1 Everyday Backpacks and perhaps I'll update that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Time to Get Spare Parts

I've had my strap for four years now and even if the straps are holding still, it's time to get some extra anchors just in case. These are also a nice addition to my tech pouch, even if I put it in my backpack, I might use it as a purse eventually. The leather-like finish avoids that the anchors slip away, so that's also quite cool.

Excellent services and support! I applied for replacement of anchors and from the first contact to the final delivery it was a joy to have contact with PD.
As for the product itself it is very good. The new anchors are smoother and much more easy to manage.

Convenient, easy to use, allows to share straps Among equipment. I usually use two different cameras and the system allows me to swap equipment in no time.
