These are perfect for storing master copies in a loose leaf binder. Place a label on the front of the sheet protector page describing the document. (So if you forget to replace the master sheet you will know which one to look for.) Other information that can be written on the label...How many copies you usually print and if there are usual days that you need to print the particular document. This binder will be handy to organize your repeatedly printed documents. Just find the correct master copy in your loose leaf notebook take out the master make your copies and replace the master copy back in its sheet protector.

Nice half page sheet protectors

These are the best value for half page sheet protectors. Most competitors come in 15 packs and are more expensive. These are 25-pks and beat the price of local brick/motar stores. They are a little bigger than 5.5" wide so room for error if you didn't quite cut the page in half.
