Cooker for all recipes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my Hamilton Beach Stay Or Go Multi -Cooker . It’s user friendly and the instructions were easy to read to start cooking. It has settings for white rice , slow cook , steam , brown rice, slow cook high , slow cook low , steam , hot cereal , and a setting to keep food warm.
I decided to cook cowboy soup and it turned out delicious. I set it to the soup setting and left it while I prepared the other food. I also appreciate it came with a divider for when I want to steam veggies, a small measuring cup for when I want to cook rice and a rice paddle
I love that it has a convenient handle on the unit for when I need to take it for family gatherings. Cleaning it was super easy and the removable parts are dishwasher safe.

Sear and slow cook in one pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, well made appliance with a sturdy, folding carrying handle which is practical. I like it because I can brown or sear meat and then turn it down , add ingredients and then set it to slow cook for the time needed. Also high sides so no splatters. Cover is hinged and that is great for serving out of it. Plus it latches down. Will get a lot of use out of it.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stay or go multi cooker is amazing. It’s very durable and washed up well. It preformed well when I made rice and stew. The size is perfect for 4 people. This 4.5 quart capacity is amazing for making nacho and jalapeño cheese with macaroni or sausage gravy with biscuits on top. It has a handle that I can carry to my daughter’s house at the holidays when it’s my turn to bring a dish.

Superb quality

A lot of food items that I prepare such as beans curry and lentils needs to be slow cooked for better taste and this cooker is perfect for that plus I don’t have to stir it constantly

Be careful of steam when opening lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Multi Cooker is a neat device, but not my favorite. It is very nicely made, but one functions I didn’t like was the top that’s connected and you use a button to open it. I found when I opened it the steam was super hot and almost burnt you when opening. I made soup but used the slow cooker setting as that’s what the instructions told me. It turned out great, but I also didn’t care that much couldn’t add minutes to the cook time, only hours. I had to add my noodles and cook 15-20 minutes and changed the setting to Sauté just to make sure it would be hot enough to cook the noodles. Overall it is a nice appliance that I might just need to get use to and test different settings

Seriously, what a little gem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My oh my, I’m in love with this multi cooker! It’s ridiculously versatile - rice cooker, food steamer, slow cooker, soup maker, cereal, you name it…and probably even more that I haven’t discovered yet. It doesn’t take up much space and is easy to take with you, yet it’s big enough to fit a whole chicken! It also has a transparent lid, and although it does fog up - it has a separate condensation collector on the back. So convenient - just remove it and pour the water out.
Mind you, I’ve never owned a multi cooker before, so I might sound overly enthusiastic. But with a toddler, this thing is a lifesaver. It saves SO much time and cuts down on the amount of dirty dishes like crazy. Just throw everything in, turn it on, and go take care of your baby. Come back and dinner is ready.

Easy and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im really enjoying this portable one-touch function Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Slow Cooker. I can do things from pressure cooking to slow cooking to steaming, sautéing and simmering, with presets for soups, stews, my famous chili, or my chicken rice and beans. It seems to be a solid product and a great choice for a multicooker. I already used it once and liked the ease of use and cleaning.
