Get a good knife and save your money!

The idea is a good one. The product was not. It lasted thru half of a ripe melon. The wire between the two sides is too weak and easily bent. Gave as a gift and was sad to see wasted cash and a disappointed wife. Use a good sharp knife and enjoy your melon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that your cutter bent the first time you used it. The cutter is meant to only be used on the watermelon flesh for slicing after the melon has already been cut in half, not to be used to cut the rind. We have reached out to you by email to see how we may help.
