[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has 64g of ram and a top of the line processor, yet it has frozen completely on me with minimal programs running and the image/display will occasionally lag out, freeze and not refresh. Likely will send it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful laptop that excels at gaming, video editing, and general use. The performance for those tasks is fantastic. However, it completely failed for my primary need: running a GNS3 lab with KVM virtualization.
Despite the specs suggesting it should be supported, the AMD Ryzen processor did not enable proper KVM functionality. My virtual images would not load in VMware, VirtualBox, or even native Linux. This was a deal-breaker.
I've never had this issue with Intel-based systems. I ultimately had to replace the entire unit. If you need robust virtualization, look elsewhere. For everyone else, it's a solid machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were alot of positives. The packaging was eco friendly. The laptop was sleek. I appreciate that all ports were away from the vent exhaust, and that the vent exhaust only pointed backward.
I have removed stars for configurations I'd like to have but wasn't offered. I couldnt add the sim card slot nor choose the true oled display. I tried to dedicate some of the 64 GBs RAM to my graphics card as per an AMD app, but it wouldnt stick.
Configuration aside, I ultimately returned my laptop because of its graphics card. AI training packages like pytorch have not enabled AMD graphics cards.
