Grainy display panel, and gainerer premium support

Saw this new release, and thought it might work better than the previous gen, which I bought in custom high end configuration and had to return 5 times due to some strange boot issues that prevented the laptop to start after installing updates. To be clear, that's buy, call support, get asked to return, get refund, buy again. FIVE times.
Maybe it's the high end configuration? Why offer it, Lenovo?
Come gen7, I had bought it, already configured high end (not custom). I also got the most premium support service options that are. Just in case...
And the case happened!

Here we go, I call support to send someone to just come take a look and possibly replace the panel. After all, this worked after installing updates.
Support insisted it was fine and they need a strong reason to send someone. so I was like, what about the tag price I paid for support?

They insisted they do not see an issue with the display (based on literally photos took from phoen) which makes me wonder who would tejs a phone photo to show grain that you'll only se up close? Have Lenovo support ever held a phone camera to a digital display before? Have they ever dealt with something like Refresh rate? Do they expect to be able to see the issue ?
They insisted they won't send someone. So I just returned the laptop. And I really doubt I will ever get a Lenovo in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this laptop. I have always been a Thinkpad fan and have had them through several employers over the years. I even had one of the original IBM Thinkpads before Lenovo took over the brand. Things I really like about the Thinkpad P1
1) Fast CPU (on plug, more later)
2) Fast GPU (I got the 4070 version)
3) Potentially upgradeable memory
4) Expandable SSD storage
5) Haptic touchpad is better than anything I have used including Macs
6) Extremely solid build quality
7) Ports Selection is almost perfect.
8) Keyboard is PERFECT. I can type test myself on the TP keyboard at the same speeds on MonkeyType just as fast as my super fancy mechanical keyboard. I can get almost 80 WPM on this keyboard. I love that there is no ten-key.
9) I waited for a sale and the price was very good.
