Needs sound improvements

Feels great on ear. Seems a little bug-y as I get a crackling noise once and a while. Non immersion sounds better to me as during immersion bass seems to be lost a little. Overall it us ok, not stellar (yet).

Sound, comfort and they stay in place

I have had my new earbuds for a couple of weeks and I love them! They are very comfortable and I do forget that they are on at times. The sound is fantastic Bose sound and you are also aware of outside sounds. They clip on easily and really stay in place. I’m still messing around with the immersive sound bit and deciding what works for me. I had the Quiet Comfort earbuds but try as I might, they kept falling out of my ears. I tried different rubber tips, but no go. I also had the same problem with air buds. I went back to using my wired Bose earbuds with the rubber piece that is pointy and fits into the large area of your ear and even they occasionally fell out. I was really happy when I saw these new earbuds and I haven’t been let down. I love the sound, the fact that they don’t fall off and the comfort. My dilemma has been solved after trying to figure out how to keep earbuds from falling out!

freedom to listen to my music and answer calls, and still be aware of my soundings is perfect. Easy to put on with ease and comfort . Bose is the only company for excellent pleasure!

The BEST ear buds I have ever owned. I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears. I don't have to stop the music to hear people talking or miss hearing important sounds and phone calls. I could not be happier and it doesn't interfere with my abilities and responsibilities at work.

I’m very happy with my purchase these ear buds aloud me to hear talk around me and still listen to music. Only wish I could track them in case I’ve misplaced them .
