[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roaster is extremely high quality. I am sure it will be the last one I will need to buy. I expect it to out live me. It is heavy and has good balance when picking it up. I like the black handles. This would make a great wedding gift. I do wish it had a cover for other dishes besides roasts. This is the perfect size pan for pot luck casseroles for large crowds. This pan can hold a very large quantity of baked mac and cheese, YUM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stainless steel pan works great! I can’t believe it took me this long to get a roasting pan. I’m glad I chose KitchenAid! It cooks whole chickens amazingly and works awesome with vegetables as well! The racks that you can insert in the pan work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best Roasting Pan I have ever used! The 5-ply stainless steel construction allows for superior and even heat distribution throughout the bottom and side surfaces. The interior is polished to a mirror-like finish and it is flawless. The pan comes with rack that is elevated for more even and quick cooking. The pan can fit a vary large turkey, ham or any meats. I even love using it to cook my bacon in the oven because the rack keeps the bacon separate from the grease. I also love that it's quick and easy to clean after use!

Durable Roasting Pan With Removable Rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new roaster from Kitchen Aid is evidently made with a busy home-cook in mind. All the special details about it make it a winner for many large cooking jobs. The 5-ply stainless steel construction allows for superior and even heat distribution throughout the bottom and side surfaces. The interior is polished to a mirror-like finish and it is flawless. The pan comes with rack that is elevated for more even and quick cooking. The pan can fit a vary large turkey and potatoes and carrots or other vegetables can be put on the bottom. The handles are ergonomically designed to fit into the oven with ease and provide better grip and weight distribution. I am super impressed at how pleasant it is to just lift this vessel up and slide it into the oven, it is a joy to use. I like to know this is also dishwasher safe (although I will be handwashing it mostly). Unlike some similar pans, this one can be used on the stove top to reduce sauces or liquids, which is an important feature for me. I have had this type of pan on my must-have list for a while, and I am thrilled to have it now. The cooking possibilities are endless, and I am looking forward to use it weekly to make such dishes as roasted stuffed peppers, roasted herbed whole chicken, baked lasagna, eggplant parmesan, enchiladas, meat pies and other delicious recipes. This is the kitchen gadget I am excited to have and looking forward to using!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchen aid roasting pan is the best ever! It will hold a fairly large turkey. The rack keeps it up higher than the juices. Great for potroast too. It is easy clean up, as it is dishwasher safe. It did not scratch when we used either. Still looks like brand new. I love this roasting pan! I use all of the time. I recommend this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were impressed with this roasting pan. Not only is it beautiful, it cooks up perfectly, the handles are strong, and wash up is a breeze. Our only disappointment was that there was no lid! Expected a product of this price range to include a lid of some sort. Overall it's a very nice roaster.
