Impressive quality and durability

I have been looking for a set of steak knives for a very long time. I finally found this set of 8 serrated steak knives and wow am I impressed. I worked as a meat cutter and shark knives are critical. These knives are not only sharp, they are balanced, easy to cut with and hold there edge. I’m giving these as wedding present with confidence!

Beautiful knife, but concerned about sharpness

Knife has a great aesthetic and feels good in the hand. However, I was expecting the lower portion of the blade - the non serrated portion - to be sharp. It is not, instead the top portion is serrated while the lower is like a dull butter knife. These knives will certainly get the job done and look great, but I was a bit thrown off by this detail.
I would recommend this to a friend!
