These knives are very sharp and stay sharp. The satin finish matches my other flatware.

Excellent steak knife set! The knives feel very comfortable in my hands, have a sleek and elegant design, and, most importantly, are exceptionally sharp. This set will be a wonderful addition to my thanksgiving dinner this year!

The items are very well balanced and feel good when you hold them. Out of the box, the bases were very sharp.
