These proofing boxes are exactly what you’d expect from an Ooni product: excellent quality. The plastic is solid, thick, and essentially has a non stick surface. The lids fit air tight and the design and shape of the bottom of boxes make for effortless removal of the pizza dough.

Good quality, nice boxes but

Good quality, nice boxes but expensive for what they are. Disappointed that the lids rattle; it would have been nicer if they were a friction fit or had a clip to stop the lids coming off in transit if taking dough somewhere in the boot of a car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was just a plastic box, but the quality is amazing. The surface is extremely smooth so The dough doesn't stick to it, it's very easy to wash. . Just a box, but we make a better dough because of it, because there's no dry patches on the surface of the dough even after an overnight proofing.
