Dough boxes that PROVE themselves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for proving the pizza dough for a small gathering of people. They have definitely improved the proving quality and shorter timespan required. The lids fit well and because they seal well we have used them for other food preparation.

Great Proofing Box

Makes Prepping Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instead of buying a ton of separate containers to hold the dough, these make things super easy and convenient. Most pizza shops use these when storing their dough. I even freeze mine when not using all the dough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these! Perfect solution to proofing our dough overnight. I also make homemade bagels that need to proof overnight and I’m using these boxes for those too. Way better than a cookie sheet covered in a towel. So useful!
