Best Mixer Purchase!

I'm very intentional on what I purchase to aid me in my baking, and only spend my money on quality items. I don't consistently look for the newest trends just to try - I stick to my favorites and well researched items. The Ooni Halo Core has QUICKLY become a favorite. This mixer was released at the perfect time for me, as I had been weighing my options for months but wasn't sure about committing to the Pro. I frequently bake, and am most notably a sourdough baker - sourdough everything! This mixer has surpassed my expectations. I've used it multiple times a week since owning, and when it comes to my dough. . . . truly couldn't be better. Obsessed!

It’s perfect for different home-made recipes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the Ooni Halo Core Spiral Dough Mixer. it makes mixing and kneading dough so much easier and gives me smooth, consistent dough without all the effort of doing it by hand. I love how powerful it feels while still being smiled to use, and it’s perfect for pizza dough, bread and other homemade recipes. definitely a great addition to my kitchen.

Perfectly Sized Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ooni Halo Core Spiral Mixer in white is a stunning neutral piece to have in my kitchen, it fits so well onto my countertop. I love the size and it feels very durable. For maintenance and cleaning, I wipe the mixer with a clean wet cloth and then I hand wash the appliances and mixing bowl. The mixing appliances work very well and they have different speeds that the top dial can set them to, so it is adjustable depending on what I am baking.

Dough On Hook

I have made two batches of sourdough. One with1000 gr of bread flour and one with 500g of mix of 50%bread flour and high gluten. Both times the dough climbed up the hook and very little was touching the breaker bar?? Not what I expected with what I have seen advertised. Thinking about returning. Making pizza dough tomorrow, we shall see!!!

I like using this mixer because it is so convenient to use for batter, dough and liquids. I like how after using it for some few rounds it does not heat up and keeps working in excellent conditions. The bowl is very sturdy and is big in size, the set up was super easy to use, it comes with few attachments just like you see in the picture. This mixer provides a light that lets you see the progress of what you are making. I really like how the bowl is able to rotate to make sure you mixture is evenly distributed.

This is such an amazing (and beautiful) mixer. My Halo Core will have a permanent residence on my counter top. Not only beautiful, but an absolute workhorse that turns out amazing dough time after time!
