Dough climbing is a no-go for me. I want to return it.

I have an Ooni Pro that works great. Thought the Core was supposed to be better for single sourdough loaves. NOT. Tired of fighting dough climbing clear up into the hook opening. Shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops to mix one 960 gram batch of dough.
Whisk had to be replaced due to poor fit resulting in screeching clanking noise. Replacement solved that issue.
I have used this mixer a handful of times for bagels, and yeast bread doughs. It works great at kneading and takes makes my baking easier. I can just put all the ingredients into the Ooni Halo and set a timer and my dough is ready. Makes me so happy to be baking!
I got this because of a sore wrist making mixing and kneading sourdough difficult. I have used this mixer for 2 loaves of bread, cookies, egg whites for meringue and whipped cream it works great for all
I recently tore a tendon in my hand. Making sourdough became uncomfortable without a mixer. Enter the Ooni Halo Core, it is the perfect size for the home baker, and easily develops a strong gluten network for your bread dough. My standard loaf is 500 g of flour 350 g of water and 100 g of starter and 10 g of salt. The gluten development happens in less than 15 minutes (when it achieves the pumpkin shape during mixing). The first loaf I made with this mixer got over proofed because I did not get home in time to refrigerate it. I baked it and it still turned out great thanks to the strong gluten development from the Ooni. I am looking forward to trying other recipes using the other attachments. so far this has made sourdough bread, baking, a very easy and efficient process.
