Almost Perfect

The size is just right for a smaller batches and the machine performs. The only issue I have is that the dough rides up the hook especially with smaller batches. I have no issues with the Halo Pro.

Smooth Dough!

I've never owned a mixer to compare, but found this one to be great! It makes smooth Dough and is extremely easy to use and clean. Looks great on the counter and really appreciate the silicone cover over the mixing bowl. Also appreciate everything is stainless steel in contact with food

Very happy with my new mixer

This is a good upgrade from using my Kitchen Aid mixer for doing dough. I like the compact design and smaller size of the Core, which is why I waited and didn’t order the Halo Pro earlier. I bake 1 or 2 loaves once a week, and this does what I’m looking for and does it well

Saves Precious Time

I was skeptical at first but this not only saves precious time it also makes spectacular sourdough. I have been regularly making sourdough for over 7 years and I am picky. There is a bit of a learning curve with it. More recipes specifically for the Core would be greatly appreciated! I am planning to make butter later today…..

Many users (and myself) have encountered dough climbing up the spiral. I wish Ooni would address this problem with an upgrade.

Absolutely great but the flour still needs to be scraped off the bottom and sides to fully incorporate. Handles bread dough without any strain. Good size for countertop.
