I am disappointed in the display. There is an uncertainty in its use and I don’t like it. Also the release is cheap and less convenient than your other mixer. So this mixer has been dumbed down. Otherwise it does its job.

So far I i’m very happy with the Ooni halo core. I’ve only used it a couple times so I’m still getting used to it. It is stable, fairly quiet, and mixes my sourdough nicely. I haven’t used all the features yet but expect it to be 5⭐️’s by the time I do.

I bought the Ooni Halo Pro when it first came out, but quickly realized it was too big for most of the single loaf breads I bake for me and my husband. I took the plunge and bought the Core as well and it is perfect for my small batches. I will use the Pro for holiday and family gifts and the Core for everyday baking.

Pretty good item so far. Spiral dough hook seems to be a little loose in the receiving part. But the dough mixes fine for now. I hope it doesn't get looser. I Have not tried the paddle or whisk just yet.

This is by far the greatest mixer I’ve ever owned. I don’t make much pizza dough but I make an inordinate quantity of bread every month. It’s easy to use and fantastic to clean. The only issue I have with it, and hardly worth mentioning, is it’s a little noisy.
I bake bread usually between 3:00 and 5:00am and sometimes it wakes my wife up if I forget to close the bedroom door when I get up. All in all a fantastic machine.
