Just the right size for my needs

Made my first batch of pizza dough last week. The dough development was beautiful! I was amazed in the difference from kneading by hand for years. Can't wait to make my next batch!

Like a lot, wish it had the built in timer. My only real complaint is dough climbs dough hook and I’m constantly knocking dough down the hook as it mashes up into hook connection

Halo Core is amazing

The Halo Core spiral mixer is amazing! I love that it has a light so that you can see what you’re doing. I especially love the removable components like the mixing bowl, breaker bar, and dough hook attachments. It makes cleanup such a breeze! It really looks nice on my counter in my kitchen. I highly recommend this mixer compared to other mixers out there!

I have been using Kitchen Aid and Hobart mixers for many years and I am extremely impressed with the Ooni spiral mixer. Creates excellent gluten consistency.
