Game changer for home baking

I used to work at a bakery where we had a massive commercial spiral mixer. Ever since then, I have wanted one for my home. This Halo Core is the perfect size for me and works amazingly well. So far I’ve used it to make sourdough loaves and bagels, and it works so well on bread dough. My kitchenaid would always struggle to get through anything heavier than cookie dough, but the halo core powers through and develops the gluten in my bread wonderfully.

The best mixer for bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best mixer for kneading dough. It has a strong motor and doesn’t struggle with making big batches of bread. It makes a smooth elastic dough that rises beautifully. It’s perfect for sourdough bread too.

There’s a light that shines when the mixer is mixing, which helps you see inside the bowl. The knob to change the speed is easy to use. The noise level is low. My favorite part is that it’s so easy to remove the bowl and attachments!

You can make,m bread, pizza, cookie dough, cakes, etc. It mixes the dough smoothly and consistently, is surprisingly quiet and feels very well built. The quality of the material is very high. Also very easy to clean. If you bake often, this is a great product.

Great mixer that handles whatever you throw at it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use right out of the box with no real assembly required besides putting the removable guard on and installing your selected attachment. Capacity and power are good, it was able to handle a standard two loaf bread recipe with ease and made quick work of boiled potatoes. Also, speed selection knob has 10 different settings, giving you a lot of control, which I like a lot more than the other 3-5 speed selections I’ve seen on other machines.

I really like this mixer.

I also really like the extra splash guard because it helps keep the kitchen clean. The different mixing attachments are a nice bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
