I am writing to express my disappointment with the VelocityOne Flightstick II. I just spent several hours trying to figure out how to install it and make it work with X-Plane 12, to no avail. The setup is extremely frustrating for this 77-year old man, who thought I was computer savvy enough to load this and get it running like my original Flight Stick.
There was little to no on-line help available, either. I am respectfully requesting to return this item for a full refund, as it’s not worth more of my time trying to make it install and work. Thank you for understanding and your prompt reply to this refund request. Sincerely, Stan Wright

Overall, this is a very nice joystick with lots of controls. The main reason that I purchased it, however, was the stated compatibility with MS flight simulator. There is no built in compatibility, requiring every button to be mapped in the game. I found no instructions on the turtle beach site as to the best way to do this. Nice hardware, but integration is poor.
