My toddler loves this “Kachow!”
on July 22, 2026
Posted by: Casa de B
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this for my 3.5 year old who likes vehicles. In summary, he absolutely loves this toy and even said spontaneously, “I love my kachow! Thank you, mommy.” I highly recommend this, of course, for kids who love Lightning McQueen and Cars; but it’s not necessary to know anything about the movies to enjoy playing with this. Kids and adults who like playing with cars, tractors and wheeled vehicles, will delight in playing with this toy. It’s highly interactive since you have to press buttons to make it work and it has a good variety of phrases that keep it from getting too repetitive. How you position the toy and if you set up obstacles or ramps for it will change the play.
At first, my kid was a bit afraid of the sounds because they are loud. If your kid has sensitivity to loud sounds or sensory issues around that, I suggest you use sound-dampening headphones or distance to introduce the toy.
I started exploring the car by pushing the buttons. As soon as my child saw the car in action, he wanted to play with it. It has four buttons, one for each of the electronic driving actions it can do: go straight, go in a swerving/zigzag pattern, spin in circles, or go in a figure-8 pattern. It goes for a few seconds and it talks before, during and after. It bumps into something it says a phrase to try again, and tries to reverse, change course/turn and continue.
This is an awesome alternative to a radio-controlled car for a child too young to operate one effectively. It’s perfect for my 3.5 year old: he wanted to play with it for several 30+ minute stretches the day he got it. He makes lots of excited-squealing and talks plenty in response to the stuff the car is doing which is very stimulating and expands his expressive language. The phrases it utters are related to racing talk and the Cars movies and shows. The eye movement is small so it’s not too much for little ones. That said, this is a loud toy and elicits loud sounds from kids so be prepared for that.
Also, I recommend you play somewhere where the car can bump into things and crash into them because the younger the child, the more that will be happening. The toy is pretty well built and seems like it can stand up to heavy play indoors.
I haven’t tried it outside so I can’t speak to how it will perform on cement, gravel, asphalt, etc.

LMQ action car
on July 21, 2026
Posted by: Mimzie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lightening McQueen car is so fun as it drives by itself and causes great excitement. I don’t feel like the car does exactly what the buttons show it will do but all in all it is so fun for the little to push a button and the car to take off and go on his own. The large buttons make it so easy for kids to understand where to push. The eyes moving like the real lightening brings so much excitement and makes the car realistic. The car speaks several phrases very clearly. Love the solid structure of this toy as my boys tend to push and walk with them. Love the realistic stickers. This is a must have for any LMQ house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this car. It's a very interactive car that goes with a push of a button. The 26 different phrases makes it that much fun. Any kid will enjoy playing with this cool toy. Works great indoor and outdoor.

20TH ANNIVERSARY ACTION SCENE MCQUEEN
on July 20, 2026
Posted by: clcm40
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put Lightning McQueen into motion: race forward, cruise, do spinning donuts or show off the figure-8 moves. Mcqueen is constantly on the move with 4 buttons. Our kids love how the eyes move and of course the catchphrase from the movies. KA-CHOW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves playing with this action car. He has lots of giggles anytime he plays with it. The car can do different action moves like going in a line, swirling in a circle and more. It also says different lines from the movie.

Great size for smaller fingers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lightning McQueen car is great for any young Cars fans! It is bigger than I expected, which makes it perfect for my almost 4 year old. It has large easy to press buttons, and the images on each button show exactly how the car will move. Because it is larger than most toy cars, it doesn’t disappear under furniture or get lost like many smaller vehicle toys. Another neat feature is that he says tons of different phrases and his eyes move, which makes him feel much more like the Lightning McQueen from the movies. The only issue I have is the volume... it is on the louder side when he talks, and I wish there was a way to turn the volume down some.
I would recommend this to a friend!
