This has been a nightmare!! The computer is soooo slow, crashes and just takes forever to do anything. I have run virus scans including changing the security program with no success. Next step is taking it to repair shop. It is not the model I initially wanted but bought because I didn’t have time to order one. I have always used HP for computing but this one I hate!!!

Home use. From initial install, laptop runs hot and exhausts too much heat to be used as a "laptop". Unit on charging cable gets hot. If I had my receipt, I would return this unit.
