Practice makes perfect

I’ve been using the Ooni for around a month now and although took a bit of getting used to compared to pizza in my electric oven - wow what a difference. We’ve made pizza flat breads cooked sausages chicken and lamb kebabs - all delicious and easy. Just one complaint - I’m eating too much 🙄! Thank you Ooni - my Italian hubby very happy 😊

Excellent for neapolitan pizzas. Not as much for New York. I was unable to keep oven temp consistently low enough for a New York style crust.

Issue with having to relight constantly

Constantly have to relight the flame. Should be able to turn it on, and it stay on. Considering the cost of this, I'm extremely disappointed.
