no better than a store brand set.

Following owners manual instructions do not help. These skillets and pans still warp. Not even a month went by and the non stick coating started chipping. Nothing but wood or plastic utensils are used, no scratchers are used on the interior. They are not stacked, the hang on a pot rack. I spent too much money to have this set of cookware last no longer than a store brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money!

We bought a set of Simply Calphalon last year and I am so disappointed.
The material these pans are made of is much thinner than the Calphalon pans I am used to. Some of the pans were bent slightly and the lids do not fit correctly.
Simply Calphalon means cheap materials, not like other Calphalon products I have purchased and love.

Not dishwasher safe!

I wish it would have been made more clear that is product was not dishwasher safe! I put it in the dishwasher and the exterior finish all rubbed off.

Excellent cookware for the money

Good heat transfer on glass cooktops, and very easy to clean. I'm enjoying my 2 omelet/saute pans very much. To the reviewer who complained that the dishwasher discolored the surface, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, which clearly says to NOT put them in the dishwasher. Will definitely buy additional Simply Calphalon pieces in the future.

All smiles in my kitchen! I'm in love with this cookware! Came with wonderful sizes and by far the nicest set I've ever had! I'm so happy and proud to cook three meals a day with my set!! The quality is outstanding! I'm amazed :) I will never buy any other brand out there!

Non-stick Doesn't Last

I purchased this cookware with the expectation these were Calphalon and would last me more than 3 years. While I loved them when I first purchased, they no longer perform well. The nonstick has worn off and I'm looking for new pans. I paid nearly $400 for this set from a department store and do not believe they are worth it. I have to replace my pans and am looking for another brand. I have a Cuisinart 4 qt. multiclad pro stainless steel pot that is fantastic. I think I'm going to look there for my new set of pans.

Makes me want to cook again!

This set was my Christmas present to me this year! I purchased the set before Thanksgiving and was so excited to cook in front of my family! Each piece is attractive, strong and sturdy. Even when filled with my favorite recipes, the pots are light enough for my arthritic hands to grasp and carry! The heat conduction is even and rapid on my glass stove top. I could not be more pleased with my Calphalon set!

Great for Flat Cooktops!

I needed to buy a new cookware set for my new glass cooktop to help prevent scratching and while these pans look and cook GREAT they are already showing wear. This set is only 2 years old and when not in use I store each pan with a linen towel between them to prevent scratching. The bottoms look new however the interior of the pans are already showing wear even though I NEVER use metal utensils. Very disappointed as I spent a good deal of money on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
