Wonderful set!

These pans are wonderful! Truly non-stick surface that allows food to slide right out and cleans up easily as well. Heat transfers evenly, lids fit snug, and pans in all the right sizes. I have some other cookware, but these are my first choice. I have added a few other pieces (roaster, large stock pot) over time and have not been disappointed yet! I also appreciate the Calphalon renew program that recycles my old cookware. Great purchase!!

Couldn't find the exact c alpha long pots I have but I tell you what. I about won't buy or use anything to cook with except calphalon. T he best nonstick pans I've ever used. And easy to clean is my favorite part. So thanks for making my life easier! :) Joanne Manuel

One of the Best Sets We've Owned!!

We've had the set for more than 5 years and have bought some additional pieces for cooking flexibility. Today, it looks as good as the day we purchased it. The pots are simply great for cooking, fringe and easy to clean. We loved them so much, we purchased a set was a Christmas present for one of our children.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I first bought this set I was so excited when I got it, I have had it now
for about 4 years and the non stick coating is worn off, very disappointed
because I really liked the set.

Awesome cookware

I have this set of cookware and use it daily. It heats very evenly and I love that the handles are insulated. The covered skillet with handle makes draining excess fat very easy. The large pot is a perfect size for spaghetti, chili, corn on the cob and even for boiling eggs! Also, very easy to clean (don't put it in the dishwasher!)

Good experience with a couple of drawbacks.

I've been using my ten-piece set for four months now and have had nothing but a great experience. Yes, they must be washed by hand, but the nonstick finish makes cleanup a breeze (even with the soft-bristled brush I use). I do wish the pot and lid handles had more rubber--as another review has mentioned, it's possible to burn yourself because the rubberized grip doesn't fully cover the metal handles. The only other downside is that they take MUCH longer to heat than the stainless steel pots/pans (from a respectable, comparable company) that I used prior to these. My mom's higher-end caphalon lasted about a decade before the finish started wearing off one pan; for the price, and given the limited lifespan of nonstick cookware in general, I'll consider it a great investment if mine last half as long. Here's hoping!

Great Product

I bought this set 3 years ago and still love it. My husband and I are now getting divorced and I can't live without my Calphalon Simmply Collection so I will be purchasing another set for my house. I am not a fan of the hand washing but it is worth the time to make sure the dishwasher does not destry my pans.
