Bought one for each TV to replace the expensive cable service we had.
We love the ease of use. The remote and the roku app are pretty straightforward, with a minimal learning curve.
Only have 2 suggestions for improvement.
One, the mute button is located on the side of the remote and is too convenient to reach; we find ourselves accidentally muting the TV any time we handle the remote.
Two, we would prefer the search feature would clearly distinguish between paid streaming apps and truly free streaming apps. Quite a few apps offer a minimal, short term free access to their service, but you have to sign up as though you're accepting the monthly fee after the trial is over.
Overall, I'm very pleased with our roku devices, and feel they are a great alternative to cutters cord with.

For those nervous about using Roku or disconnecting from Cable, don't be. It is better and easier to use than cable, especially due to the voice command.

Cut the cable

I recently canceled my TV cable connection and went straight to Wi-Fi. I am experimenting with what is available to the roku. I have not signed app for any live programs yet there is enough on roku to satisfy my viewing needs at this time. I do have a subscription to Netflix and peacock.

Rookie learning ROKU

My grandson installed this for me and helped me get started. I love that I can get other streaming services. Roku movies are not so good, too old. However, I am still trying to learn more about how to use it.
