Remote is simple to use! I can watch Roku Chanel’s and also use my apps! This is actually saving me thousands of dollars per year over not paying for cable TV’s ridiculous pricing. I will never go back to cable TV.

Easy to cut the cord

I have never had anything so easy to set up before. Directions were outstanding. If you are thinking about cutting the cord get Roku.

So far, I like Roku! Only had it about 3 weeks. Had one issue that was fixed after I spoke to tech support. The tech support person was so kind and very patient with me. I'm 71 years old so technology is beyond me. The tech was very supportive and helped me get my issue resolved!

Great upgrade for older TVs

Some of the apps on my tv weren’t as fast anymore, so I upgraded to this Roku stick and it’s lightning fast now!
The only things I would change would be let customers choose their 4 quick access remote buttons instead of factory assigned and integrate Google Photos directly for screensavers.

Small footprint, good application

This Roku was a free surprise from WETA. It came at the right time as we had just acquired a new TV. The installation was easy after I entered the correct router information.
I am pleased with the device. I don’t have or want cable and like the streaming video access.

Great Streaming Device

I had one years to use with a dumb TV. Since having smart TVs have not needed one. I got this one to use with a small smart TV I have because the remote is easer to use and voice control. The interface with the apps is strait forward and easy to find. the upgrades to more channel is a nice feature. The free extension was a great feature because the stick did not fit behind my TV wall mount and the curve in the back of the TV would not let me use it in the side HDMI slots. With the extension it fits prefect.
