I purchased this product for a Christmas present. It was the best gift I could have given my Mother. She needed an upgrade because she loves to watch TV. Happy to say it was worth it.

I purchased my 7th Roku unit and got another stick this time. Smaller, easier to carry, quick hook up; however, I have to reconnect to my Internet every other time I try to use it. None of my other units do this.

I bought 5 Roku Streaming sticks and absolutely love them. So easy to connect and use. I tell everyone to go with Roku. The firestick is terrible.

Failures with control and the stick

I have 2 sticks, one in the office and one in the living room (which I just bought 1 month ago or so), and the 2 often do not respond to the control, the one in the office I first thought was the battery because I already have more time with that, but the same thing keeps happening to it. And the same thing happens in the living room and many times it freezes, and I have to disconnect it from the power so it can work again.
