Quick and Easy

I was a little hesitant to buy a Roku because I've had a competitor in the past. We made the switch about two months ago and have seen a noticeable difference. The device also comes with kid friendly shows for our toddler to watch. Great product, would recommend.

Streaming Roku great, Equipment NOT great!

I purchased the Roku streaming stick and remote to replace my one year old Roku Equipment. It worked great for the first month then problems began to appear. Both the volume and mute buttons only work intermittently, so I need to maintain the TV’s remote. I don’t know what is causing this problem but it now takes longer for Roku to connect with my internet. My internet speed is over 200 and I had never experienced this problem before.

Improved product over previous Rokus

Overall works well -- I like the audio command features.
BUT, when TV is turned on, the Roku menu does not appear --You must hit a Roku arrow key to initiate the menu screen -- Irritating.

Replaced fire stick.

We burned up three different fire sticks, so we switch to Roko and we have not had any problems since it’s a different control that we had to get used to. That was the only thing we had to change.

ROKU Streaming Stick

I purchased this about one month ago and it has some positive features as far as accessing providers. However, it will not sync with the volume control on my Visio television.

We love roku

When we retired ten years ago we decided to drop the expense of cable tv. Roku was pretty new to us but we decided to give it a try. We have five tv sets on Roku now and have had other Roku devices in the past.
I love this stick with the remote that can turn our non-Roku tv on and off and control the volume. This is something we only got to do with our TCL Roku tv in the past. It was so easy to set up. This one picks up the wifi signal better than the last device did (the set isn’t too close to the wifi source). I highly recommend this stick and remote.
