It takes forever to connect

I have loads of Roku units at our home and vacation house. This one is the only one that is causing us problems. It takes much longer to connect to the WiFi than the older one it replaced. And we keep having to log into the streaming apps on this unit. We do hot have to do that on the older units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a complete working item

I bought two of these and both had dead batteries included. Both also did not have the correct WiFi attachment and Roku had to mail 2 of the. To me. The first package arrived unsealed with nothing in it. The second package arrive one month after contacting Roku with this issue. I wouldn’t buy this product unless you have time to wait for extra parts and are. It planning on taking it on vacation. It was non functioning on our vacation due to no batteries and incorrect WiFi connecting wire.

It’s ok

I have two Rokus, when I purchased my second one, I thought it was identical to the first one that I purchased. The first one has voice recognition, the second one doesn’t. Roku makes it confusing when purchasing because when I purchased the 2nd, the image I saw looked to be identical to the first. I should have read the details of the product

We started with a Roku TV at our shore house and really enjoyed it so we bought the Roku streaming Stick for our home in the living room and bedroom . We no longer have cable TV just Roku we couldn't be happier with this product.....
