Makes television watching vary cumbersome and not at all fun.making something that was easy vary difficult and confusing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the selection and ease of navagation

Love my new roku 4k stick...have 2. 1 in the livingroom and 1 in the bedroom. The only thing I don't like is there is no sleep timer. My older roku stick had a sleep timer!

New features on remote

The voice activation rarely works. My tv comes on with immediate no signal. I never had problems until I got the Roku stick and new remote. It definitely was not worth the money.

Hello, Nancy. This sounds unusual, and we're here to help. Please be advised that Roku voice remotes have a voice button that allows users to issue voice commands to their Roku streaming device. The button has a microphone icon on newer remotes and a magnifying glass icon on older remotes. To use voice activation, you can press and hold the voice button, use the Speak command in a conversational tone at an average volume, and release the button. Easy to use - would love a couple more features

Easy setup, and hardware detection. I wish for 3 additional features that could make this the ideal streaming device/service:
- The ability to select a startup app, so you don't have to relaunch everytime you turn the TV on.
- On startup, go directly to the channel it was turned off.
- The option to additionally to the TV and the device to also drive a AV receiver (power and volume)
