Very glitchy and Roku offers no support-

Never had issues with Roku until this streaming stick. Very glitchy and freezes and Roku offers zero support. Don't recommend this unit to anyone.

Hi there, your Roku stick may be buffering due to a slow internet connection, problems with the stream, or an issue with the device itself. You may also experience difficulties due to your ISP's bandwidth throttling. Unplug the power cable from your Roku device and wait for about 10-15 seconds. This will allow the device to power down fully. Reconnect the power: Plug the power cable back into your Roku device and wait for it to boot up. This process may take a minute or two. 4K streaming stick sucks

I had my Original Roku streaming stick forever. I finally had to replace it and I went with the 4K streaming stick and everything went well for about a month or two and now I have to unplug And replug it it every time I turn the TV on. It’s continuously disconnecting from my Internet even though it’s only a few feet away, and everything else has awesome signal. Very disappointed in the product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend requesting an HDMI extender; you can order it for free here: http://my.roku.com/hdmi. In the meantime, you can try to reset the connection. I have to sign in to all my apps. Very annoying. Why not make it easy instead of difficult.
