Modernized my 17 year old HD TV with this device. Easy to install. There is no available USB port on my TV to power the stick so I had to run the provided cord to the nearby wall plug. If the cord doesn’t reach, there is an offer to order an extension at no charge. Great selection of channels and easy to install apps.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This review is more about the BestBuy website that the device. I have ordered Roku Streaming Stick online for store pick up as my old one broke down after several years of intensive usage. To my surprise when the next day I went to pick up the device from the store, they could not find it. It turned out that the order was actually placed for delivery to ... my old workplace. Did I mentioned that I picked the option for in store pick up? What the messy website! I am very disappointed as I had to pay twice for the same device and now I have to wait for the orginal order to be returned to the warehouse to get a credit on my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Je devais remplacer ma google chrome cast qui était désuet alors comme alternative de remplacement j'ai acheté La Roku TV en plus de pouvoir l'utilisé pour regarder CRAVE NETFLIX ect je peux également regarder la télé en direct comme TVA + ainsi que plusieurs choix de chaînes télé anglophone Icitou.tv si vous devez remplacer votre Google Chrome Cast qui est désuet je vous recommande fortement vous serez entièrement satisfait.
De plus si vous avez un Iphone où Android vous pouvez contrôler la Roku TV avec votre téléphone où tablette Apple où Android inclus avec la Roku TV la manette que lorsque vous fermer la Roku TV ça l'étein aussi votre télé.

Easy to use. The only problem is that buttons on remote control wear out long before the stick. Usually takes about 3 to 4 years.

Liked Function, Failed Soon After Purchase

After purchasing a Roku box in 2019 which has worked continuously without issue for 6 years, decided to buy another for 2nd TV. Purchased Roku Streaming Stick in early July 2025. Liked how it seemlessly figured out what TV I had and paired with it (so that volume buttons and off/on worked for TV using Roku remote). It worked great for 6 weeks, then started to hang a few minutes after startup. Screen showed message that connection lost and at same time whole thing froze up (i.e. remote couldn't move to any of the options, including setup options). Reminds me of old days when PCs would "freeze up" and the only option was to pull the power plug and cross your fingers. However, also even with unplug and restart, the freeze up and connection lost problem continued. Even if I could eventually get it back after a few restarts, it only lasted maybe 5 minutes. I tried many suggested fixes including, restarting wifi/modem, resetting connection to wifi in Roku options, using direct power to a 110v plug in adapter rather than using USB power from port on TV. None of these fixes worked. Seems like the internal circuitry has failed - maybe it works when it is a cold start up, but once it warms up even a little it fails. I believe that is the sign of a circuitry failure. Will be taking back and trying some sort of exchange - probably not for the same model. Maybe should have only given 1 star for the total failure, but I am giving Roku the benefit of a doubt that this is a circuitry failure that can statistically happen (and tends to happen early in a chip's life it it is going to happen at all) - and not condemn the whole Roku model line. Hopefully, this failure is not a result of systemic declines in product quality since my 2019 purchase.

Streaming stick does not work despite having Bell Fibe high speed internet. Video lagged badly and graphics of picture using this stick did not display properly.
