Great and Easy for trailer tv!

I couldn’t figure out how to get tv stations or strin my trailer. Finally after a few years I tried the Roku stick. Being as u don’t need an outlet on addition to set up system u just plug in back of tv! We have a purchased wifi ATT portable router that we pay monthly and that is our internet! Even airstream and online forums didn't have an easy solution. Now we stream live tv and services we have.

Roku is the best streaming Device

I used to have AMazon stick. I thought it was great. After purchasing Roku Stick, it changed my perspective. I think Roku is the best streaming device in the market. It's simplicity and features (volume control, voice command) surpasses any competition, which includes Amazon stick, Apple device and others.

I could not believe how easy it was to setup. Like all the options it offers. Easy to get around in , and set up my favorite shows. Wish i had tried it years ago. 👌👍🏼

Intially the stick was operating well. After a few months the remote delveloped issues then later the stick itself delveloped connectivity issues. After chatting with support they replaced the remote and later the stick. For standing behind their poduct I give Roku 5 stars.
There is no phone number to contact support on your website and I had to use your chat feature. This very inefficient. The last chat took over 100 minutes to communicate and trouble shoot the device with support where it could have been resolved in 15-20 minutes by phone. Additionally your chat feature has an automated time out feature after just a few minutes and the only way to avoid a disconnect while waiting for follow up from support is to send a message! For this I give 1 star. That is why the rating is 3 stars. A phone number was provided on the follow up email. Please provide the number on your website as an option.

I had to wait and wait and wait, with my Firestick. If you comepare the two units. FIRESTICK FAILS. There is absolutely no comparison. I love my new firestick and will be buying another soon for my other tv,s. Get one now, you won't be sorry.
