I use the ooni bamboo pizza peel to launch my pizzas. It is made of good quality and the pizza slides with no problems. I have a metal peel for turning and removing the pizza.

I recommend this cutter wheel to any homemade pizza lovers. Prior to Ooni cutter I was using a smaller metal wheel cutter that wasn't as good.

Nice size ,fits the Ooni Pro. Excellent quality, needs to be floured or sprinkled with cornmeal, than the pizza slides right off. All the products that Ooni sells is high quality!!!
