It's great, I bought the bamboo peel to initially launch the pizza in the oven. I also bought the perforated peel, which I use to turn the pizza and take out of the oven. Glad I bought both.

Best for serving

We found this peel to be a bit too thick for removing the pizza from the oven and is best used for serving. We use the thinner metal peel for launching and turning. Overall though, it is a good quality accessory for the Ooni Koda that we have.
