This peel works best for

This peel works best for launching because it's designed to the contour of your oven. I sprinkle a little semolina flour on the peel to get the perfect launch.
You will need a metal peel to rotate and remove your pizza from the oven when it's done cooking.

You have to dust the peel with flour...else the dough sticks pretty bad. Good peel, but nothing too special compared to others.

I would not bother. Sorry Ooni. The glued together bamboo and will fail with about 5 launchings. Love the other products just not this one in particular. Customer service amazing though!
