Too heavy

I bought everything from Ooni for our Koda 16 but this is my least favorite item. It is really heavy and thick. Wish it wasn't as I use it every time I launch and carry in the cooked pizza. Love the turner, 14 metal peel and brush. Bummer

Perfect paddle for pizza making.

The bamboo surface really helps pizza slide off the paddle as well as rotate in the oven. Great addition.

Arrived with goo stuck on from packaging

Upon arrival, 2 fairly large (~1 square inch) surfaces of goo were stuck on the peel from the way it was packaged. Neither dish soap nor oil were any help to remove it, and I ended up needed to use sandpaper to sand the goo away, which is not something I expected to need to do, or wanted to do (especially since the description says to "Avoid abrasive cleaning materials").
The peel is otherwise well constructed and I'd have been perfectly satisfied with it if it had arrived without the goo, so meeting in the middle at three stars.

Great for making and cutting

Great for making and cutting pizzas on but I have used it for launching several pizzas and now have a couple of areas that could be starting to split.

Pizza Peel Love!

Love this product. Lightweight and fits the oven width perfectly. Makes launching the pizza even easier. Smart design and nice looking. Makes, also, a great way to display your pizza after baking.
