I love the Ooni non perforated peel so ordered the perforated option to have an extra one on hand for larger dinner parties. Have only used it once so far and didn't notice much difference between the two. I highly recommend either the perforated or non perforated Ooni Peels.

Key is to keep dry and use flour or something non stick to slide it off easily
