Great product but not perfect

Overall I absolutely love it. The design is fantastic, the ease of use brilliant. The only downsides. are, that sometimes the hook could be more efficient in mixing flour and water at the beginning of the kneading process, and the motor is very noisy. Despite that I have had great success with the kneading so far.

Powerful mixer with a little bit of a learning curve

I’ve used my new mixer a handful of times and think that I could probably make better bread with a little more practice. I’m not finding many consistent answers on online forums or user groups.
At some point I think it’s going to be great.

A beast for mixing my enriched doughs! I do still have to occasionally scrape the sides and it doesn't always get everything on the bottom included. Overall I love it
