I'm very pleased with how well the ooni works. I'm baking bread weekly and the ooni works great, it's much quicker than my other mixers.

Doesn’t work for all mixing

This mixer has a ton of power but most dough will try and walk up the mixing tool. My wife has tried several different doughs now and the bread dough is the only one that mixes consistently. All cookie dough walks up the mixing tool and begins to spill out of the mixing bowl. I would not recommend this product if you’re looking to make large batches of dough.

Great except for splash lid.

Everything about this mixer is great except for the splash lid. It will not stay up which makes it almost worthless. If the hinge was slightly more forward the lid would have enough of an angle to stay up.
